7:20 1/11/13: I'm getting healthier. I made headway the past few months, but I still want to change. This is just another tool.
I aim to lose 20 pounds by May 1st. While I don't really NEED to, I'm not comfortable in my clothing. I'm out of shape. The cross country workouts I could do 3 years ago are now impossible. I want that to change. I want to be able to run again; I want to do a pull-up; I want to be able to walk to my car alone and not be afraid. Thomas Jefferson once said, "A strong body makes the mind strong."
