Re-discover my fitness potential (plus, want to look great as a bridesmaid for an Australian wedding in May!)

Was in the best shape of my life in 2010 - effortlessly ran 10-11 miles at quick speeds, trained for marathons, did kickboxing, cycling, yoga, etc. Even helped coach others in their circuit training. As I got stronger, I became more empowered to take on other things in my personal life with a newfound confidence. It felt amazing.

Alas, all the exercise may have been overkill, because I injured my back (while doing bikram yoga) and my left knee -- and still haven't completely recovered since! 

! 've let my injuries cast a dark shadow on my workout regimen over the last 2 years, but I am determined to make 2013 the year of the MAJOR COMEBACK! No more excuses, no more fear, no more regrets.
