Re-Start Weight Lifting Routine

I used to exercise frequently. Lifting weights 3x a week, playing volleyball weekly and pickup soccer regularly. 

Then I moved to New York. Work kept me out of the gym. The daily grind kept me from exercising. I hurt my back. 3 years later, and I'm still struggling to get back to a routine. My back has mostly healed, and I have discovered hot yoga (love it) and I play volleyball on occasion, but I have no consistency. I've been to the gym probably 3 times in the last four months.

My project is to stop making excuses, getting to the gym at least twice a week (preferably 3 times) in addition to integrating yoga and sports on a regular basis.
