DAY 1: MODERATED
Started off with the slider thing at the bottom trying to show something "moderate" and in the middle. Felt the need to add more and moved on to a moderated political debate (Anderson Cooper is clearly recognizable on the right, yes?). Drawing's really not my forte and I feel so weird sharing this, but gonna follow the rules and post anyway. Excited to see what else I can come up with in the next few days!
DAY 2: DEFACEMENT
Technically skipped Day 2 since I waited til 1:30 AM, but better late than never and I'm counting it since the next day doesn't truly start until you've slept and woken up. Had a much better time with this one than yesterday's and am looking forward to whatever comes next.
DAY 3: WATERCRESS
Procrastinated and got started around 1 am again, but I loved today's section on building routine and dedicating a certain time of day — all things I really need to work on in general in my life too. Here's a cress-y boat thing.
DAY 4: ARGIVE
Actually managed to do this both before midnight and even before noon today, so that's a win.
DAY 5: RHADAMANTHUS
Got this done in the morning again, score! Actually googled Rhadamanthus before starting this time, but the word 'rhododendron' came to mind before then, so naturally we have Rhadamanthus with some rhododendrons.
DAY 6: DOUBLED
Today I had no idea which word to go with so I just went with the first one I saw on screen when I looked back up from my paper. Abstract, pattern-y things are usually my go-to doodling subjects so it worked out. Used the whole 15 minutes for once.
DAY 7: RAFFINOSE
So glad I didn't google the definition until after I came up with this terrifying guitar nose.
DAY 8: AMNIOTIC CONJURING
DAY 9: SAPONIFICATION ANTHRACITIC
Again, not knowing some of these words before drawing is paying off. If I'd been aware anthracite was just coal we'd never have this soap-making spider.
DAY 10: PROCAINE
Went with the extra-short time limit for the variation on this one, set myself three minutes but got really caught up and took an extra minute or two to finish the shading and all that.
Pretty impressed with myself for doing something (creative no less!) ten days in a row and feel like I've maybe slightly improved in getting my ideas onto paper.
