Rafael's journey to productivity utopia

1.  What is my habit personality type?

Type 1: Upolder 6 (very Strong tendency)

Type 2: Questioner 6 (very Strong tendency)

Type 3: Rebel 2 (Small Tendency)

Type 4: Obliger 5 (Strong Tendency)

This is really accurate.  Kinda scary actually. When I read the assessment of what the personality types mean, I immediately identified with the results.  What really hit home for me was the "picking over amibtious habits, and feeling terrible that I failed.  I have had this happen a few times, and I never understood that maybe I was biting off more than I could chew.  This, was truly eye opening for me.

I also work in a job that puts me in a position to ask why we do what we do.  Which makes sense with the "questioner" personality.  I never question to limit, but ot evaluate why we do what we do, and consider more resourceful or productive alternatives.  this is something I truly enjoy.

I am the kind of person that will drop what I am doing to help others I care for, even at my own expense.  And that also ties in to the Obliger personality type.

I signed up for this class because I want to be more productive.  I have so many projects for work, as well as my own personal goals and dreams sometimes I feel like I am doing a lot, but at the same time, not moving anywhere.  I dont feel nearly as organized as I feel I could be, and I dont feel I have a grasp on what I am working on.  In fact, I dont even know what "habit" I am tryng to pick up.  I feel that it is more than that, that I am trying to achieve, but I figured this would be a good first step to try.

My most consistent habit in the past has been practicing piano.  I have a Bachelor's in Music Performance from Berklee College of Music.  I created my own practicing program (5-6 hours daily) where I would plan out exactly what I would be working on each day and what were my practice goals.
