Racing towards my goals

I plan on becoming a better cyclist through proper nutrition, losing the last of my excess fat, cross training, and of course cycling. I've already made a few huge strides towards being a more healthy person and better cyclist and am already at nearly 90 pounds of weight lost in the past 2 years and am now focusing on better cycling and getting that last bit of weight off. My goal is to do at least one big ride each month and hopefully end the year with a double century. I managed to complete my first century a few months ago but the ride left me haggard and exhausted but through proper cross training I believe I should be able to reach my goal with time to spare and hopefully in the process also finally get my weight under control and keep it off.
