I've been meaning to experiment with a physics game in Unity for a while now, and decided to pick a game mechanic that's very simple to allow me to keep the scope as tight as possible. The game itself will be some kind of skee ball variant set on the surface of mars.
So I immediately went off course and decided to experiment with the terrain tools, light baking, sound effects and some (extremely simple) particle systems, because who needs to sleep, right? Right.
Here's a screenshot I assembled in Unity, and here's a link to the webplayer scene (static except for sound and particle dust blowing).
