A little bit about me, im in the Air Force and am often one of the "bigger" guys. i can pass the fitness test, but ive decided i dont want to just pass i want to excell. Im focusing on cleaning up my diet by sticking to a couple of rules they are:
1. No carbs after 5:00 PM
2. No bad snacks
3. No Alchohol or Regular Soda
4. Track my meals
On top of those rules im watching my total calorie count and trying to keep my protien intake high.
Ive begun a 6 day a week workout program. this is a two a day program that consist of fasted cardio in the AM and Weight Training in the PM. the program is very simular to this one http://weightlossandtraining.com/workout-routines-for-men-werewolf-workout. Ive done this for one week so far. ive had to take this next week off, but will be back at it shortly.
My goal is to lose 25 Lbs in 4 months wich i think is doable.
