No excuses--no exceptions--no extensions!
Or flipped to the positive: my physical project is about meeting targets on a reliable, timely basis. I have a full plate for the next 4 months and have to juggle multiple projects in other venues.
My overall theme for this project is making sure my support systems are in place and tight so I can do the following on a consistent basis through a fairly intense 4-month period:
1. eat for sustained energy throughout the day
2. hydrate well
3. increase my flexibility
4. improve my overall endurance
5. improve my coordination
6. stay my wicked happy self!
I will have met my physical targets when I can do a handstand.
