Project: Kim 2.0

Well the year is 2013 and it's time to finally get off my ass and do something I have always wanted to do and have always put off. Time to get a better lifestyle and improve my fitness. 10 years I have put it off. No more reasons why I can't and no more putting it off.

lets do this!

edit: Ok I have thought of some goals to strive for. May seem trivial but important to me. First one is to be flexible enough to touch my toes or put my palms down on the ground. Have never been able to do it for as long as I rememeber. Secondly I would like to be able to run a half marathon at a reasonable time or do the local fun run when the time comes. And also just to try and maintain a healthier lifestyle which will hopefully mean a happier life also.

Sunday 20/01/2013: Have decided to start riding to work some days as it is only 4-5KM from home. Went on a test ride, about 20 mins that's going to help with the fitness.

Monday 21/01/2013: Planned on going to gym straight after work... Was unable to due to other commitments, but did some body weight exercises at home and used the weights here. So I still worked out! Success!! Feeling good right now. Also took a before photo and will weigh myself tomorrow.
