I've been doing a blend of CrossFit, cardio, and yoga, and want to take my fitness to the next level by engaging in more heavy weightlifting.
Goals for 2013:
I will exercise 4 times per week and in the days off do at least 50 pushups, adding two more reps per week in order to reach 100 pushups every morning.
Update 1/24: So far, I've exercised twice this week and planning on two more this week. I've stuck to doing at least 50 pushups on each day off.
