Project Example

I find that practicing the shoulder stand is a good preparation for the other techniques in this series, such as the ping pong ball exercise in class 1, as the inverted posture draws energy to the head.

The mindfulness bell helps me to boost my productivity, because when it rings and I find myself procrastinating, I'm snapped out of it and get back to what I want to be focused on.
