45 minutes of activity a day, 3-5 days a week
plan at least one of my two snacks a day (this means not mindlessly noshing when not hungry, and also planning the snack to be healthy)
drink 4 of my big H20 glasses every day
be able to do a pull up in 6 months!
incorporate strength training into my exercise, measure progress (do the arm workouts MWF[flexible], be able to do X pushups, situps...will decide what X is when I try to do some!)
lose a couple of inches off of my thighs and stomach, because these jeans used to fit better.
NOT GO CRAZY making this the only thing in my life. Forgive myself for slip ups. Do the best I can, daily.
