Project A - Purpose

I am a freelancer. However, there is some entreprenuership aspects to my business that will allow me to make money while I sleep.

Companies that are looking to reduce turnover and increase productivity will utilize Project A (me) to define and develop "A" players to improve selection, on-boarding and reoccurring evaluation process.

Through Project A facilitation companies will discover/determine the true needs of each internal role.

Through Project A tools these needs will be turned into measurable items that correlate to an individuals strengths.

Candidates/Employees will then be surveyed with Project A tools to measure their personal strengths/hindrance.

Project A will then assist management in making the best hiring, on-boarding direction and performance evaluation decisions.

The hardest part is getting the initial buy in from decision makers to invest time. Almost as hard, is getting the client to utilize it. (Personal Trainer analogy: I’m helping people lose weight, but first I need them to tell me realistically what they want to invest. But even after that, getting them to be disciplined is a challenge.)

Do you need money for this business? Yes.

Does more money increase the chances you will reach positive cash flow? Profitability? No

What are the assets the money will go to pay for? Materials and Marketing

How long before the money invested starts turning into money returned? It already has somewhat.

Do you hope to sell this company? Not at this stage.

When? If I trained at least 1 person to the deliver at my level of quality.

For how much? Good question

What is the gross margin of what you'll be selling? See Above

How long will it take you to reach scale? 1.5 -3 Years

Given all this, and what you learned in the video, what sort of funding are you seeking? Why would this investor choose your offering over all the others available? -----I seek funding to create scalable processes. An investor should chose me because I am familiar with most approaches and could perfect the process for others.
