Step 2: Download and install Todoist & Evernote.
Steps 3, 4, & 5: Set up collection/reference containers and collect every open loop.
Cool, easy enough. I'm still feelin like...
Step 6: Process open loops in email inbox.
I wish I had taken a screenshot of my inbox before I cleaned it up. It was terrifying. I'm talkin' 3000+ emails terrifying. Yeah, it took days to complete this step. Here's what it looked like afterwards:
I don't think I've seen it like this since... well, probably since I created the account like 10 years ago.
So that's it, right? We're done here?
Oh, there are still 9 steps left? Welp.
Steps 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12: Rewrite open loops as next physical actions, create projects/areas of responsibility, organize tasks within those categories, combine into stacks, select containers.
