Priority Fitness

This year i want to make fitness a priority, as well as, clean eating.  I have been transforming the way we eat for about  six months now. I have returned to the gym on a regular basis, but with a different approach; i now go at 5 am to start my day! I found that if i wait to go, chance are i will not! There are just to many excuses i can come up with.

Goals:

Cardio - 5 days a week

weight training - 2-3 days a week

Clean eating - 7 days a week

Action Plan:

1. Get up and go to gym every morning during the week.

2. Buy fresh foods and go ahead and prep them so they will be ready.

3. Keep a daily log of all things i eat and all activities i do.
