Pradi's little sketchbook

Pradi's little sketchbook - student project

I am a research scholar, and I get a little time to paint. But I decided to keep on painting, so I got myself a smaller size of a sketchbook. It's an A6 size from a startup brand, and I like it; it has a fine texture and perfect for my free time painting.

I had some fun in swatching :) below is the weed plant I find while cleaning my kitchen garden.

I tried to simplify the leaf pattern. I like it. I wish I could fill up my 50-page sketchbook with botanical paintings :) Happy painting!!

About 100days after taking this class :) I painted the following paintings in my little sketchbook. I am getting more inspired by the nature. If I can't go out and spend some time looking for inspiration, I use the photos which I have already taken. I'm enjoying filling this sketchbook and the journey.
