Practice Images for My 1st Course!

Practice Images for My 1st Course! - student project

I'm not working with anywhere near a pro setup right now - I'm taking pictures AND recording audio and video for my classes on my Samsung S7. Luckily, there are plenty of apps and classes like this to help me out!

Anyway, I took this class prior to even starting to prepare for teaching, as I am teaching culinary courses so this was right on time, and I was excited to enroll and see what I could learn. I definitely DID pick up some cool tricks. I still need to get a white board but that is on the list, among other things!

Here are some of the images I took for my first course, and the final one I edited and chose for the main course image:

After practicing different lighting angles and staging I settled on this one:

AFTER EDITING:

I like the contrast in this one combined with the out of focus background.

After a little bit of editing, this is the final result:

What do you think? Did I choose the right one or would you have picked a different one?

(If you are interested in the course at all, I'd be happy to have you!)
