Practice French Pronunciation with a Song - Focusing on 5 Vowels

Practice French Pronunciation with a Song - Focusing on 5 Vowels - student project

Would you say that the sounds of common French words 'deuxième' and 'douzième' are the same? How about 'dessus' and 'dessous'?

And why do we need to ‘practice pronunciation’ to be fluent in speaking a foreign language? This is not only for French, it’s an important step for language learning in general, especially if you plan to live / study abroad or need to have conversations with native speakers.

I will talk about basic French pronunciation rules, show you some difficult French words to pronounce and explain why we should practice them in correct ways, like with songs. We will repeat after a native French speaker and sing along as well. With this class, you will be able to distinguish these 5 most confusing vowels and understand a part of a French carol.

If you keep on practicing singing in the class project, you will actually be able to sing this easy French carol for next christmas and pronounce these sounds correctly.

This class is for ‘any types’ of adult beginners of French language. If you are a ‘real beginner’, you will save a lot of time and if you are a ‘faux débutant’ who is repeating the same beginner level, this class can be the stepping stone to the next level.
