Positive Tornado of AWESOMENESS!!!

First I want to point out that the 5 minute exercise is really fun and simple.

I used the stop watch provided by google but you can use anything you can tell time with.

The next thing I'd like to share is that the amount of stuff you HAVE will likely OVERSHADOW the amount of stuff you WANT.

  • When I counted the amount of things I WANT (GOALS) , the number showed up to be 23.
  • When I counted the amount of things I HAVE the number showed up to be 65.

THAT'S ALMOST 3 TIMES AS MUCH.

MY MAIN GOALS CHOSEN FROM MY LIST OF DESIRES :

  • Full Splits (I'm a martial artist and I WANT MORE FLEXIBILITY)
  • Win Fights
  • Drive Audi's

I'm basically going to chase and live my dreams. After I've completed these 3 goals. I'll do the exercise again.
