Poi Spinning Fundamentals

In this class, I will be teaching you to create a simple set of practice poi and going over the basic patterns of movement involved in spinning them. If it seems complicated, don't worry! It looks harder than it really is.

I will, during the course of this series, be breaking the moves down into simple steps that are easy to follow. 

If it seems complicated, don't worry! It looks harder than it really is. It may take practice, but you CAN do it! You don't need great coordination. That will come as you practice. (If you could have only seen me when I first started! Wow! I was seriously awkward.)
