Plan Meals a Day Ahead

Problem

For me the largest obstacles to healthy eating are all the small hurdles when it comes time to cook: thawing meat, chopping vegetables, etc.

I buy meat on sale (50% off when it's about to expire) but that means I have to freeze it immediately. Then I don't want to cook it because it's a hassle. 

The Habit

Before bed, loosely plan what I'm going to eat the next day and take small steps to making tomorrow's meal prep easier. (Mostly by moving meat from the freezer to the fridge.)
