First iteration; suggestions & ideas welcome. 

This is for a friend's startup; they're planning to have a full multi-page site, so I didn't exactly follow the one-pager guidelines.  Oops?  Sidebar will have recent posts, tags, search, etc, and I haven't filled out the footer area yet either.

It's feeling a little cluttered to me, and I suspect it's either my detatched nav bar idea, or too many font styles.  I'll continue to play around with it.
