I found this image and I knew in an instant what it would be.
I selected other images and played around with them but this minimalist assemble was my favorite. The wooden column next to the little girl fitted "perfectly" with the line on the main image and I took it as a sign.
My main idea was to show the conflict between the big and bright culture of consumption and it´s beauty standards versus what it does to real people making them faded, small and pushed to the sidelines. Being a Brazilian I could read a few more things into it but I´ll leave it open to interpretation.
