I teach horseback riding lessons so I was looking for a way to send "special" Holiday Cards to the parents of my riders.
I took pictures of the riders with their horse at the end of each class.
Using a graphic program I turned their picture into an ornament.
I created the Holiday card with the "ornament" on it and printed it on heavy cardstock.
Then I printed just the ornament on heavy cardstock and cut it out. I cut out the inner part of the ornament hanger and tied a ribbon through it.
I cut out a small square from mounting tape and another from an adhesive that would allow the ornament to be removed from the card. This way the card had a three dimensional look and the parents could remove the ornament and hang it on their tree if they wanted to.
I did print a Holiday verse on the inside of the card.
