Personal Fitness Plan

1. Walk atleast 20,000 steps a day as measured by my Fitbit. 
2. Loose 10 pounds as measured by my Withings scale and maintain that weight.
3. Go to a gym 3 to 4 times a week, learn a good workout for myself.
4. Drop to 17% body fat as measured by my Withings scale and maintain that level.
5. Lower and maintain a healthy blood pressure as measured by my Withings B.P. cuff.
6. Lower and maintain my cholesterol so I don't have to take medicine as measured by my doctor.
