I will never be or look 24 again.
I want to be and look the best 44 I can.
I want to nourish my body with food loaded with nutrtion and work my body with intense cardio and weight training.
I want to be able to run, bike, swim, hike, kayak or anything else through the rest of my 40s, into my 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond.
This is my quest.
3-5 servings of veggies a day
Lifting weights to the point of failure at least 2 days a week
Got 7 hours sleep (One of the goals I set at the beginning of the year was to try and get 7.5 hours of sleep each night)
2 servings of fruit
4 servings of vegetables
Walked 2 miles on the treadmill and got my heart rate to 118 BPM.
This was not a strength training day
7 hours sleep
3 servings of fruit
3 servings of vegetables
Had way too many carbs :(
Only walked for 30 minutes at low intensity
I messed up logging my weight training on the app but did:
2-arm Dumbbell Preacher Curls: 6 sets 10 lbs x 10 reps
Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension: 1 set 10 lbs x 8 repts, 3 sets 8 lb x 10 reps
