I've taken my body for granted for too long. I've always been a little overweight but relatively healthy but now I'm realizing that if I keep ignoring my body's demands I won't stay that healthy in the long run. I want to learn how to treat my body better by being better informed on how to maintain a healthy diet, come up with interesting and varied exercise routines, and ultimately be aware of what I put in and do to myself.
I hope by the end of this course to have a plan in place to help me:
have more energy
make better decisions about what I'm eating
feel a little less lost in the gym
and, hopefully, be on my way to a happier and healthier body
