Passionate communicator striving for ethical living with a global perspective.

Perhaps beginning with my obsession with the 1989 book "50 Simple Things You Can Do to Save the Earth," I've been fascinated by environmental and social issues since I was young, and I feel lucky to be able to channel this passion into my work. I specialize in corporate communications, social media and influencer engagement to help companies share their citizenship journey with a wide variety of stakeholders. I’m intrigued by how different models of interacting, such as collaborative consumption, online activism and fair trade can help us change the face of global society.

For the past five years, I’ve worked with clients such as IKEA, Timberland, Nestlé Waters North America, L’Oréal, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters and two B2B healthcare companies. I've done everything to engage employees around energy use and recycling, to secure speaking opportunities for executives, to write tweets for the CEO of a global company. I started my career in nonprofit marketing and fundraising.

I have a Master’s in marketing communication from Emerson College and studied French and anthropology as an undergraduate at Cornell College. Through my studies, I gained a global perspective on what makes people tick and as well as an understanding of the important social issues of our time and how we can all play a role to effect change.

My favorite thing to do is get on a plane to a new country (favorites include Panama, France and India) or walk down my street to explore a new place.
