Paleo Dish #1: Salmon w/ Sauteed Kale

In this class, I will teach students how to make a delicious Paleo dish; Wild-Caught Salmon on a Bed of Organic Sautéed Kale with Organic Blistered Cherry Tomatoes. Salmon and kale cook quickly so this is a great go-to when your short on time!

Within this class, I will also be explaining important Paleo diet principles and cooking techniques I've learned over the years and why I decided to go Paleo. The class project will be to prepare this dish or an element of it and post a photo of it in the project gallery.
