I have meditated on and off. At times, I go through streaks where I don't meditate at all. For a variety of reasons: I'm too busy with work, or I just don't feel like it. But each time when I do meditate, I always experience so much benefits from it. It helps me detach from my monkey mind. Meditating on a regular basis helps me to not follow every thought that pops up and instead to better focus on whatever project I'm working on.
