PB's Fitness Action Plan + Habit Change

My goals used to be "muscle  mass/size" related. As a competitive volleyball player however, my fitness plan needs to be sport focused and centered around my legs vs only doing upper body excercises. 

Plan:

- The Big 3!

- Vertical Training

- Core and Upper body circuits with relatively heavy weight

- Lean Muscle + Low Body Fat

- Volleyball 2 times/week

Habit to change:

- When I "go out" I've managed to drink better drinks (ex. vodka water) about 50% of the time. With a reduction to the amount of time I go out, I also need to be consistent to say "I don't drink beer" and that essentially I have decided that I don't like beer, and that scotch, vodka, whiskey + water is my drink of choice, period.
