Overnight Oats!

This was a great recipe that saved me so much time in the morning!  The best part was that I had most of the ingredients in my house already so it was super easy to whip up. I did make a few substitutions to avoid having to go buy the few missing ingredients.  So instead of maple syrup, I decided to use honey. And since I did not have dried coconut or nutmeg, I added some more flavor by using a few freshly ground spices. I used a mixture, of ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves, which gave the oats a great chai spiced flavor!  This recipe was so quick and easy that I want to make this every night before bed now!
