On the Move

My project will chronicle my daily physical activity.  I'm interested in considering the time of day i move most, the intensity of movement, the number of steps and/or miles traveled, the mode of exercise, if it's done outside or indoor, if it's structured (like a spinning class) exercise, intentional physical activity  (e.g., taking a walk, walking the stairs in the photo which are near my house) or if it's physical activity I do not for the purpose of exercising, but rather movement done throughout the day in the course of doing other things (walking while shopping, walking to the car in a parking garage, gardening, etc.).
