Olivier Salad

I enjoyed learning to make an authentic Olivier salad from this class.  When I lived in Vietnam, I was introduced to another version of it, which was called Russian salad.  But now I have learned the correct ingredient proportions as well as several helpful tips like chilling the potatoes before cutting them.  I definitely got better results after following the instructions in the class!
