I love to paint - self taught -  and have been painting in Acrylics for several years, I recently decided to give oils a go mainly because of the easier blending, depth of colour, (and I saw Sarah's work which is amazingly beautiful), I started to add oils on top of my Acrylic paintings initially and am now trying oils only....so this ones a wee trial just 10 x 12 (old canvas), to try it out, especially the brush techniques.  I didn't have the same colours as Sarah as I've just started with oils...so tried to make do with what I had...mixing etc....These are water based oils, it's winter here and can't open my windows for ventilation!
