Oatmeal with seeds, nuts, dried fruits, and shredded coconut
This class was full of great ideas! I decided to raid my pantry and use what I had on hand for now. I also used bigger jars because I didn't have any of the smaller ones, but they worked out fine. In my jars I put old fashioned oats, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped peanuts, raisins, dried cranberries, and shredded coconut.
After heating up my first jar I poured it into a bowl and added a drizzle of honey and some coconut milk. So tasty!
