ASSIGNMENT

Draw a single letter form in a unique and creative way. Choose a letter, maybe the first letter of your name, last name, the letter your favorite animal starts with or the first letter of the name your favorite author, president or character. Choose your letter and gather reference material to help develop your drawing into a creative representation of what you want your letter to communicate. DELIVERABLE

Upload a picture of your completed letter and any other information you'd like to share of your process along the way. It's always fun to see the story behind the art so things you might want to share with others in the class may include:

brainstorming - your list, mind map, anything you worked on to help you create your letter
research - books, images, photos you found in researching your letter
thumbnails - those little sketches you worked on before drawing your final letter
final letter
any tips or other information you would like to share
