No more binging!

My aim is to break down the destructive binging of everything I do. From boozing to fitness, nothing is consistent And when I do it, it's done to excess. In order to achieve a much healthier balance, certain habits have to be removed and others improved upon.

Consistency is the key, fitocracy is one of the tools.
