No Phone After 9:30

I've found that my phone often keeps me up at night because I will start browsing social media once I get into bed and instead of going to sleep at a reasonable hour I end up staying awake much longer and getting less sleep because of this.

I want to start a new habit of putting my phone down outside of my room at 9:30 PM so I won't be tempted to check in to social media when I should be sleeping!
