Nikon D5300 18-140mm f/3.5 - 5.6 Amateur shooting - student project

Hi everyone!

I am an amateur photographer, i am having this camera for a while, but i started to use it more often lately. The reason i am here is to get some critics from you, on what should i improve. Comments would be helpful!

All those photos, are JPEGs, just because of the size. I always end up being in places where i see a lot of nice shots and i ran out of memory.

1. New York. Every single time when i am thinking about Big Apple, i see it in black and white. That is the only effect that i`ve used.  90% of the time, i use manual mode.

I always had a problem with shooting in low light. But after i`ve seen Justin`s course, now i understand how everything works. I won`t lie that i didn`t play with ISO, but i think i never used more than 1600.
