
In order to stay fresh and healthy I highly recommend to take a day of from working days.
That day will include NO TV, minimum phone use, minimum Social Networks, NO News, but it will include.
Relax time, a good exercise, fun time, hobby time, walking in the park by the river by the sea will also do, also include what I have left from here :)
Include this day in your every week to do and get a grasp on your life, hang in there and in couple of weeks this will become a habit so your body will thank you later.
