New Skills for Dinner



I used my new knife skills to make dinner. I sliced carrots, juillened peppers, and used the same minicing techinque to chop the peanuts. I made chicken in peanut sauce. The lesson taught me two major things 1) The correct way to hold a knife (I've been doing it wrong this whole time). 2) Why my knife was getting dull so often- I didn't tilt it correctly on my board while moving pieces of food around. I cook everyday so this has been so enlightening! More please!
