Never ready..

Never ready.. - student project

Hello everybody!

I loved this class and its amazing to have this little space to share with you guys.

My project tittle says a lot about me, I think that's the big one challenge. Funny is that it just came up to me right now.

Not thinking too much about it, just letting it flow.

As a good Never Ready guy, I'm gathering and testing my material and building a kit:

Gear ready, my sketchbook is a tiny moleskine booklet I had for years, will do!

First moment, the Resilience pie chart..

The resilience exercise brought a lot to surface for me. As my booklet is small I had to keep it short, but thinking about the things I've passed through while coloring it is really enlightening.

My heart and brain... Nice exercise, still need to color, but here they are

Grateful List... A Never Ready guy would never publish an unfinished drawing. Some small details from this experience are making so much for me, like sketching directly using pen. It is so challenging for me, because I can't chase the perfect lines. I have to accept my mistakes, live with them, then go on. Right now every artistic part of me seems so important, I am grateful for them all!

Now a comic about my life, I remembered a recent episode at home when I wanted to do a sick beaded bracelet with spherical hematite beads. When I used it for the first time... Lol :D

Omg, my new gear just arrived! Mari, thanks for the tip on the material you use!

Last step, future me. This is the end of the journey here. And, the beginning of a new way of living.

Giving wings to my imagination, creativity at the same time thinking about the important things in life is really powerful lesson. It is also a lesson and exercise of self respect when you find  and dedicate time for yourself.

Thank you Mari for sharing... You made some changes here!

Good luck you all, I´ll keep watching your progress too!

Best regards,

Fernando
