Nesting Spirits - logo

Hi,

so now I continue the project I started here.

Here is my logo moodboard (created from my pinterest board, check it for reference).

I like the trend of logos made with watercolor textures but I also feel that they are little bit overused at the moment. So I don't want my logo to look just like "another watercolor logo". I love visual style of Golly Bard and Diana Sudyka

Here are some pictures from the first part of the process:

Like this it could be used with or without text. Now it's time to vectorise it.

First I decided to change my handwriting on Edwardian Script font. The handwriting looked unprofessional even after vectorising - I wanted to create my own font but that will be a long way to go. I just changed tittles to look bit more like spirit's eyes.

I added little shadows on the bodies of the spirits.

I would like to use mostly the version without text as an icon for social media or as watermark, full version just occasionally on websites etc. My logo could be also used as one of the art prints I am going to sell.

I know I am not a good person for logo design. I like complicated things and I can't appreciate simple design much. But can this work as a logo for a brand with whimsical watercolor art prints? I hope so...

So what do you think?
