Neighborhood Farmer:

Installs and maintains organic vegetable gardens in people's backyards.   We also provide value added products, like cold season extension, education and 'nutrient dense' soil remediation programs.

1. List all major “players” in the system (eg. a marketplace may have two major players: buyers & sellers)

a. Consumers / Residents

b.  Restaurants

c.  Commercial Communities

d. Schools


2. List out any selfish reasons why each player would need their contacts/friends to join the service

a. Consumers / Residents:  They want to eat healthy.  They want to learn how to grow food.  They want to enhance their property.  They want to brag about it to their friends.  They want their children to eat healthy.  They believe in an eating movement like "local" "organic".  They want access to varieties that they can't find in the store.

b.  Restaurants:  Would love to have a fresh source of produce close by.  Would be great marketing differentiator.  If it economically made sense, and they saved money from it.  

c. Commercial Real Estate Communities:  Would be a value added product to their housing communitiy.  Would be a good differentiator from competition.

d.  Schools:  Tie in to educational program.


3. List out all things you could possibly charge each player for on the service

4. For 2 and 3 above give a very short reason you think the player would be motivated to need their contact or pay for the service
