My understanding of mindfulness 6/23/2021

My understanding of mindfulness is to be present in the moment and to fully experience and live in that moment. I have experienced this before such as when I've done the Wim hof method. The Wim hof method causes you to be out of breath for upwards to a minute or more, and that basically forces you hear things such as your breath, the blood flowing in your body and many things around you. Such as the wind, etc. Its basically a form of meditation according to what I know.
