My understanding of mindfulness 05/15/2022 - student project

I understand "mindfulness" as being completely present in the moment/person/place/thing in front of you. No background noise going on in the mind. Last night I was running sprints and in my rest breaks, I'd just sit down and look at the moon. I was doing a lot of deep reflection, and I felt like I was being mindful. I'm looking forward to learning more in this course!
