My project

I'll be starting the 16 - 8 (14 - 10 for females)

By nature I'm not as hungry in the morning, so I can push my first meal a little later than usual (10AM) and stop my food intake by 8pm!

I also run every other day and will be incorporating the workouts you have in your other skillshare courses!

Sounds great and can't wait to see the results.
