My morning routine

My morning routine includes:

1- 6-7 hours of sleep

2- Drinking lots of water

3- Offering my morning prayer

4- Cardio

5- Drinking a glass of milk 

6- Taking shower

7- Getting ready for university

8- Reading books or listening to podcasts or audio books in the one hour that I spend in bus travelling from my house to my institution.

I am trying to reduce weight, and am using the intermittent fasting thing, so I do not have my breakfast until after 11 am.
